1:1 Psychosomatic Work

I’m Tanya Master, an integrative psychosomatic practitioner and consultant, and the creator of the Psychosomatic Restoration Method™.

I work with high-responsibility, self-aware adults who appear capable on the outside, yet feel exhausted, fragmented, or internally split under the weight of what they carry.

Most people who arrive here have already done years of inner work. They understand themselves well. And yet they feel stuck—in the body, in relationships, or under pressure.

What this work is

This is structured, relational psychosomatic work.

We focus on how stress, survival strategies, and responsibility live in your nervous system and how they quietly shape decisions, boundaries, health, and relational patterns over time.

The aim is not more understanding, but integration: change that lands in the body, not just the mind.

Who this work tends to support

This work is often a fit if:

  • You carry responsibility for people, outcomes, or systems and feel the cost of it in your body.

  • You can “hold it together,” yet notice fatigue, irritability, numbness, or recurring physical or emotional symptoms.

  • Your self-awareness is high, but internal coherence is not.

  • Old relational patterns—over-functioning, appeasing, controlling, withdrawing—surface under pressure.

  • You sense a trauma-adapted pattern shaping how you relate, decide, or lead, even if you don’t identify as being “in crisis.”

How we begin

All new work begins with an Introductory Session.

This is a full-length, paid consultation designed to slow things down and assess fit. We look at what you’re carrying, how it shows up in your body or relationships, and why previous therapy, coaching, or self-work hasn’t fully shifted it.

Some people continue into ongoing 1:1 work. Others use the session as a clear point of orientation. Either way, it’s a contained, adult-to-adult conversation.

*This work is not crisis support, performance coaching, or short-term optimisation.
It’s for people who want to meet what’s actually happening with honesty, structure, and relational depth.
